Terms of Service

The delivery times indicated below are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be altered due to local or national holidays. If the chosen method of payment is by bank transfer, these deadlines may be modified, as the order will be dispatched as soon as the transfer is effective.

– On special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany, long weekends or special promotions (Black Friday, etc.), we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of goods of transport agencies.

– Branchy reserves the right to change delivery times and the type of shipment without notice in the case of large orders or special cases.

– Under no circumstances will deliveries be made to post office boxes.

They will be free for orders that include at least one unit of Branchy.

The shipment will be made as soon as possible and can be between 1 day and 15 working days, you can check it directly on the Web during the purchase process.

Free of charge for orders over 99€ or its equivalent in another currency.

For orders under 99€ or its equivalent in another currency, shipping costs will be calculated by the application depending on the destination country.

The shipping time depends on the product and can be between 3 days and 20 working days, you can check it directly on the Web during the purchase process. Possible delays caused by customs are not considered.

For sales outside the EEC, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order, as this depends on the customs of the country of destination. In any case, the payment of this amount is the responsibility of the end customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the return period is extended to 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order (offering our customers a longer period than the legal period of 14 days according to art. 102 and 104, of the R.D.L. 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

To make the return you must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense.

It is very important that you return the products perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, Branchy accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made:

– a. If you made the payment by credit card or Paypal, you will be credited the amount on the same credit card or Paypal account.

– b. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where you can pay the amount.

Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card it is likely that your bank will not show the refund amount in your balance until the following month.

Right of withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the order provided that they communicate within this period, directly by the usual means of contact published on our website.

There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but if your original order had shipping costs, they will always be refunded to you in the standard shipping cost option.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Branchy reserves the right to refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the goods under the above terms.

The system will automatically show you the payment methods available for your order. Check here for details and availability or not of each of the payment methods supported by our system:

Credit card, debit card or Bizum.

We guarantee that each of the transactions made in Branchy is 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of personal or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. Branchy uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (SecureSockedLayer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).

In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are a holder of a “secured” card, you will always be able to make card payments in our shop.

In both cases, when paying by card you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

If you have not yet received a personal password for exclusive use for Internet payments, we recommend that you ask your financial institution to register your cards with the Secure Electronic Commerce service. To do so, you can contact your bank.

Attention: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Branchy, will prosecute anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online shop.

Bank transfer

By selecting the bank transfer as a means of payment you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail which will indicate the account number on which to make the bank transfer on behalf of Branchy.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject line the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate the order.

Please remember that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange and bank charges are your responsibility when you choose this method of payment. In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at source, those bank fees and expenses for your bank. Otherwise, Branchy could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of the same.

Price lists

The prices displayed on Branchy may be revised and modified if conditions require at any time.

Products on Offer

All products that Branchy promotes at a special price will be displayed on the website with the following information: offer price, regular price, discount percentage and end date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the date indicated, except when stocks run out, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the website.

The offers cannot be combined with other offers, packs, discounts or special promotions in force. The offer with the highest discount will always apply.

Any pack is considered as a special promotion and is not subject to any other discount.
